30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories and manuals must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Please do not return products without authorization.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your storage shed, generator, or outdoor product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

Products are replaced only if they arrive damaged or defective.
